When you request a quote, we receive the contact and company details, delivery information, material specifications, quantities, project notes and files you submit. Please include only information needed to review your project, and avoid sending sensitive personal information in drawings or attachments.
Why we use this information
We use your request to assess requirements, prepare a response and communicate with you about the proposed supply. This processing supports steps you ask us to take before entering a contract. We also process technical logs for our legitimate interests in keeping the website secure, troubleshooting faults and preventing misuse. Where applicable, we retain records to meet legal obligations. Submitting a quote request does not place an order or subscribe you to a marketing list.
Website storage and technical data
Your browser can save a draft cut list in local storage so you can resume it. You can remove this draft by clearing this site’s browser storage. The website runs on hosted server infrastructure and uses Cloudflare for DNS, HTTPS traffic delivery and security. Mail services support our correspondence. Submitted quote records are available to authorized site administrators. Attachments are stored outside the public website directory and accessed through the protected quote workflow. We do not sell your quote information.
How long information is kept
Quote requests, attachments and correspondence are retained while needed to handle your inquiry, follow up on the proposed project and maintain relevant business records. Legal recordkeeping or dispute requirements may require longer retention. Requests are not automatically deleted when you close your browser. Contact us to request deletion or ask about the records held for your inquiry.
